Performance & Use Case
The Wheels Manufacturing 386EVO Bottom Bracket is the durable upgrade for any frame running the BB386EVO press-fit standard. Where OEM bottom brackets wear out and need full replacement, Wheels Manufacturing's design uses serviceable bearings that can be replaced when worn - extending working life and reducing waste. The thread-together cup design adds creak-free stability that press-fit alternatives struggle to match.

Construction & Materials
The shell is machined in the USA from aluminium for precision tolerances and lasting durability. The two cups thread together through the frame for a stable fit. Angular contact bearings disperse load more evenly than standard cartridge bearings, particularly relevant for cranksets under hard pedalling. The SRAM DUB variant uses standard ABEC-3 bearings.

Compatibility
Fits any frameset with a BB386EVO bottom bracket shell. Three spindle-compatibility options: Shimano Hollowtech II (24mm with angular contact bearings), Rotor/FSA (30mm with angular contact bearings) and SRAM DUB (28.99mm with standard ABEC-3 bearings). Installation requires a tool compatible with 16-notch MegoEvo BBs (Park Tool BBT-29 or FSA MegaEvo). Select the variant that matches your crankset.
