Performance & Use Case
The C-Bear ITA Ceramic Bottom Bracket is the upgrade for any frame using the Italian (ITA) threaded shell standard. Replacing the stock bearings with sealed C-Bear ceramic units delivers measurably lower rolling resistance through the pedal stroke. For Italian-frame owners chasing drivetrain efficiency, it is the upgrade that brings the bottom bracket up to the level of the rest of the bike.

Construction & Materials
Each cup is CNC machined from solid aluminium and threaded for direct installation into the ITA shell - both sides regularly threaded as the Italian standard requires. Dual-sealed C-Bear ceramic bearings deliver smoother running and longer service life than the steel-bearing units they replace. A delrin sleeve, dust covers and bearings are supplied as part of the kit.

Compatibility
Fits any ITA Italian-threaded frameset. Two spindle-compatibility options cover Shimano Hollowtech II (24mm) and SRAM DUB (28.99mm) cranksets. Compatible cranks for the 24mm variant include Shimano Hollowtech II, Race Face X-Type, Rotor 3D and Rex 3. The DUB variant suits SRAM eTap 12-speed AXS and SRAM Eagle 12-speed cranks.
